Reservation Steps
The Foregate Rentals Team are a friendly bunch of experienced forward-thinking individuals, who are passionate about providing the best possible renting experience for landlords and tenants. Just 5 Simple & Easy Steps
1. Find Your Room
From ensuites to apartments and studios we have room types to suit everyone. Found a property you love? What happens next?
2. Arrange a Viewing
Send us an email or an enquiry about the properties you'd like to see and let us know a day/time when everyone in your group is available to view.
3. Reserve with Easy Payment
We do not charge deposits or fees, however, you have to pay £100 of your 1st Month's rent in advance as a confirmation of reservation.
4. Simple Tenancy Agreement
We will email you the tenancy agreement to you & you have to sign in with gurantor (parent/friends) and return to us.
5. Move In
All set then you are ready to move-in. As per the agreement your terms and conditions apply and you can enjoy your study.
